IceSkateWales logo competition WISA (the Welsh Ice Skating Association) has become IceSkateWales Full members of Welsh ice skating clubs are automatically members of IceSkateWales; and the newly rebranded organisation is asking its membership to come up with a new logo.  So YOU can enter. All you need to do is design a new, eye-catching logo on a sheet of A4 paper and hand it in to the committee of one of the Welsh clubs by 22 February. Costume return The return of show costumes is now due.  Please make sure returns are made as soon as possible.  Costumes Deposits will be refunded on the return of all your relevant costume items. Wardrobe Co-ordinators List   Congratulations, Molly Congratulations to Molly Robotham on coming joint second in Beginner Ladies aged 7 and under at the Coventry Open Competition on 18 January. Well done, Molly, on your first open competition podium place. Cardiff Free Skating Open - Postponed The Cardiff Open that was scheduled to take place on 8 February has been postponed.  It will still take place, but it will be on a later date. We will publish the new date as soon as we get it. Meanwhile the entrance criteria and entry form are still available on the Competitions Page, as they will be valid for the new date when it is announced. There will be a new closing date for entries, so you can ignore the 11 January date for the time being. News of Ben McNulty in America Ben McNulty, who travelled out in the autumn to America to skate with Disney on Ice, was recently featured in the Flintshire Chroncle. Here’s a link to the news story. Fleeces for new members All recently ordered fleeces are now available for collection. Please see Chris James at the Club Room, to pick up yours.
